This course is designed to help students master skills in word processing, database management, spreadsheet, desktop tool applications and MS Office (Ms words, MS Excel and MS power-point). It also teachers formatting of mails in an appropriate manner by proper arrangement. The art of typing emails, memos, reports, letters and tables using word processing are taught.
