The students will learn to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, on business related topics including standard letter formats, memos and reports. Students will also learn to speak English convincingly and persuasively using basic business English vocabulary, correct English grammar and sentencestructure.
INTRODUCTION TO BUSINESS
This certificate is an introductory course in business studies where it shows how business works is great for entrepreneurs planning to start a business. You will explore the concepts, principles and operations of a private enterprise to understand a business. You will also look at the business functions of human resource management, accounting and finance, and marketing and explore the common aims and characteristics of business .Wrong Business structures affecting business are also identified.

The mission of the Office Administration program is train and provideadministrative professionals to the community. The administration of a business involves management of business operations which sometimes requires making important decisions. Thus an organization requires efficient organization of people to direct activities toward achievement of common goals and objectives. Hence Administrative functions are hereby taught.
COMPUTER APPLICATION
This course is designed to help students master skills in word processing, database management, spreadsheet, desktop tool applications and MS Office (Ms words, MS Excel and MS power-point). It also teachers formatting of mails in an appropriate manner by proper arrangement. The art of typing emails, memos, reports, letters and tables using word processing are taught.
